These suppositories are designed to melt in the rectum, releasing bisacodyl to target the walls of the colon and rectum. Their action typically begins within 15 to 30 minutes, providing quick relief from constipation. Usage instructions: For constipation relief, unwrap and insert one suppository into the anal passage. The suppository will take effect within approximately 30 minutes. It is important to use only one suppository per day. Precautions: Dulcolax Suppositories should not be used by individuals with the following conditions: Intestinal obstruction or ileus (blockage in the gut). Severe dehydration.
